Project Zero

ProjectZero, a collaboration between Sønderborg Municipality and the Bitten & Mads Clausens Foundation, aims to achieve carbon neutrality by 2029. With the strategic guidance of Devcco, the project has developed a comprehensive roadmap, integrating advanced technologies like PtX and carbon capture to meet its sustainability targets.

Kalundborg District Cooling

Kalundborg's new district cooling project, led by Kalundborg Forsyning and supported by Devcco, involves a €250 million investment in a 166 MW seawater cooling system. Scheduled for completion in 2025, it aims to provide sustainable cooling solutions to local industries.

Aarhus District Cooling

In 2020, Aarhus initiated a district cooling project through utility Kredsløb to enhance environmental sustainability and expand services. Devcco developed a strategic roadmap, leading to the establishment of a new cooling utility and the construction of the city's first district cooling plant.

Din Forsyning Excess Heat and Cooling

Din Forsyning is leading a project to harness excess heat from PtX facilities for district heating, with the first phase expected to launch in 2027. This initiative, developed in collaboration with Devcco, combines sustainable energy practices with innovative cooling solutions to optimize local energy use.

First District Cooling System in The Netherlands

The Zuidas District Cooling System is the first of its kind in the Netherlands and supplies an area of high-end commercial buildings in the south of Amsterdam. The project was initialized in 2003 and taken into commercial operation in 2006

Swedavia

Devcco has provided services to Swedavia since 2017 and has led and participated in several business development projects including an investment program.

Din Forsyning Technical Water

Din Forsyning is pioneering a project in Esbjerg, Denmark, to supply pure water for hydrogen production, supporting the local Power-to-X industry and managing wastewater sustainably.
