Feasibility Study for 500 MW District Cooling Project
Devcco has in co-operation with an engineering partner performed the first phase district cooling feasibility study for a new unique regeneration project in Makkah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The King Abdul Aziz Road Project covers a total construction area of 6.3 million square meters, 500 MW of district cooling to be developed in phases over approximately ten years. Phase 2 expected to start Q3-16. Devcco has been providing expert services, in particular related to business modelling, strategic procurement and financing.
